CycloCal aims to make the essential information about professional cycling competitions instantly understandable and accessible.

The project launched in April 2026 and is produced by a single person: Dani Sánchez, a cycling communications professional with two decades of experience.

He spent 14 years (2011–2024) as a member of the communications department at Movistar Team. He is currently digital editor and social media manager at Eurosport Spain, as well as a freelance professional and lecturer in digital communication.

His deep knowledge of the sport and his previous experience managing the Movistar Team website — renowned among fans for its exceptionally detailed coverage of every race — make him the ideal person to run a project of this kind.

The site currently operates without advertising. It is Dani's gift to the cycling world for everything the sport has given him. If demand grows, non-intrusive ways to make it sustainable will be explored.
